I've been using it for two weeks now and the way the main compartment opens flat makes digging out my laptop and notebook way easier than my old flap-style bag. The stitching and fabric feel seriously durable, and the strap padding is comfortable even when I load it up heavy.
The 12.5L size is perfect for my daily commute—it swallows a laptop and a lunch bag without looking bulky. The organizer pockets are thoughtfully placed, and the fabric feels tough enough to handle years of abuse.
The padded shoulder strap distributes weight so well that I forget I'm carrying a bag full of gear across town. Every pocket is where I need it, and the fabric feels like it'll outlast me honestly.
