The zipper pulls are buttery smooth and the fabric feels tough enough for daily commutes. I crammed a tablet, charger, and a packed lunch inside and it still fit under the airplane seat perfectly.
The half-moon zipper pulls make one-handed access a lot easier than I expected, and the 10L holds my 12" laptop plus a paperback without bulging. Took it on a three-day trip as my only bag and never felt like I was missing anything.
The 10L size is deceptive—I packed a tablet, charger, and a light jacket in the main compartment and still had room for a water bottle in the side pocket. The 12-inch height fits perfectly under an airplane seat, and the strap is sturdier than I expected for daily carry.
